Teacher - Hot Yoga Sculpt
Nikky
She is a former ballet dancer and freediver, brings her passion for movement, mindfulness, and inner transformation to her 11 years of yoga teaching, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. Based in Mexico for the past four years, she fosters community through yoga, blending traditional roots with modern wisdom by integrating Eastern philosophies, Vedic texts, and body science. Known for her heart-centered approach, Nikky creates uplifting spaces for all levels, encouraging individuals to honor their unique journeys and embrace yoga as a continuous path to freedom and balance.

Teacher - Traditional Hot 26&2, Inferno Hot Pilates
Jenna
Jenna brings 20 years of yoga experience and a passion for healing to every session. A former competitive athlete, Jenna completed teacher training in the original hot yoga 26&2 sequence in 2008. Her experience co-owning a successful hot studio in Canada, and traveling and teaching hot yoga and inferno hot pilates, enables her to guide students safely and effectively. Known for her energetic and supportive approach, she creates a space where students can push their limits while feeling empowered. Whether you’re new or a seasoned practitioner, her guidance will help you strengthen, tone and leave feeling renewed.

Esteban
He is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga instructor with years of experience, specializing in dynamic Power Vinyasa classes. His classes are characterized by fluid transitions between asanas, guided by mindful breathing to actively tone, stretch, and strengthen the body. Esteban’s passion for movement extends beyond yoga—he’s an avid surfer and enjoys staying active in all aspects of his life. His energetic and thoughtful teaching style encourages students to connect deeply with their bodies and breath, making every class both challenging and rewarding.

Teacher - Hot Pilates
Jimena
Growing up in the stunning surf town of Sayulita, Mexico, she was surrounded by a legacy of movement, with three generations of Pilates teachers in her family, including both her mother and grandmother. For her, Pilates isn’t merely a discipline; it embodies a lifelong journey filled with passion.
With nearly a decade of experience as a professional surfer, she has come to appreciate the significance of strength, balance, and mindfulness, both in the ocean and on the mat. Now, she dedicates her life to sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for Pilates with her students, guiding them to connect with their bodies and experience the joy of movement. Beyond teaching, she values the time spent with family, nurturing those important connections.

Laura
Laura Burrows, originally from BC, Canada, is a former I.S.T.D. and R.A.D. trained dance teacher who fell in love with yoga and group fitness from an early age. She completed her first TTC in The Science of Chakra Yoga with David Goulet in 2009, which led to annual trips to Mysore, India, to study Ashtanga Yoga at P.A.V.Y. Shala under Sri V. Sheshadri, and over a decade of teaching at The Yoga Retreat in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
Certified in Restorative Yoga in 2018 and currently based in Mexico, Laura’s Sculpt and Power Vinyasa classes blend mind-body connection, intelligent strength and conditioning, and mobility-focused asana to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and revitalized. She loves the supportive community of Sayulita and believes balanced physical training is key to a healthy, fulfilling life on and off the mat.

Teacher - Inferno Hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt
Nina
With over 20 years of dance experience, Nina brings a deep understanding of precision, alignment, and strength to every class. She has practiced hot yoga since 2009 and became certified to teach in 2017.
That same year, she discovered Inferno Hot Pilates and was instantly hooked. Blending Pilates principles, strength training, and a high-energy Tabata format, Inferno quickly became her favorite way to move.
Nina teaches Inferno Hot Pilates and Hot Sculpt classes designed to challenge your balance, build strength through intentional time-under-tension, uplift your mood with high-energy music, and leave you feeling strong and proud of yourself.
