Pamela Vela
Pamela is a lifelong athlete with a passion for acrobatics and pole vaulting, bringing energy, creativity, and a wealth of experience to her teaching. With a teacher training inspired by the Iyengar method and another in Vinyasa yoga, she offers a diverse range of classes. Pamela’s classes focus on mindful movement, alignment, and building both strength and relaxation. Her enthusiasm fosters a supportive and inclusive environment, inspiring students to reach their full potential. Whether you’re looking for a dynamic flow or a calming restorative practice, Pamela provides an empowering and transformative experience for all levels.

Nikky Lila
She is a former ballet dancer and freediver, brings her passion for movement, mindfulness, and inner transformation to her 11 years of yoga teaching, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. Based in Mexico for the past four years, she fosters community through yoga, blending traditional roots with modern wisdom by integrating Eastern philosophies, Vedic texts, and body science. Known for her heart-centered approach, Nikky creates uplifting spaces for all levels, encouraging individuals to honor their unique journeys and embrace yoga as a continuous path to freedom and balance.

Esteban SuaGom
He is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga instructor with years of experience, specializing in dynamic Power Vinyasa classes. His classes are characterized by fluid transitions between asanas, guided by mindful breathing to actively tone, stretch, and strengthen the body. Esteban’s passion for movement extends beyond yoga—he’s an avid surfer and enjoys staying active in all aspects of his life. His energetic and thoughtful teaching style encourages students to connect deeply with their bodies and breath, making every class both challenging and rewarding.

Jenna
Jenna brings years of experience and a passion for healing to every session. After discovering yoga as a therapeutic tool to heal physically from years as a competitive athlete, and emotionally from years struggling with depression and addiction, Jenna left graduate school in 2008 to pursue a teacher training in the original hot yoga of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Her experience co-owning a successful hot yoga studio in Canada, and traveling and teaching around the world with her husband and children, enables her to guide students safely and effectively, especially those dealing with injuries or chronic pain. Known for her nurturing and supportive approach, she creates a space where students can push their limits while feeling supported and empowered. Her extensive knowledge of both the physical and mental aspects of the practice ensures that each class is not only challenging but also deeply restorative. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, her guidance will help you heal, strengthen, and leave feeling renewed.

Laura
Originally from Canada, Laura lives her life in the tropical sun sharing her passion for mindful movement, intentional wellness practices, and building strength from the inside out. A former dance instructor, her interest in studying the body-mind connection lead her to graduating in “The Science of Chakra Yoga” TTC at Pyramid Yoga in Thailand in 2009 under the guidance of David Goulet. Laura continued to share her practice and continued studies over her many years of managing/teaching at The Yoga Retreat on Koh Phangan. There she was introduced to traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga by Kes and Teresa Kennard. With annual trips to Mysore, India, she deepened her understanding of the 8 limbs of Yoga with Sri.V.Sheshadri of The Patanjali Ashtanga Vinyasa Institute.
Throughout her continued studies of Sanskrit, Pranayama, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, Laura believes yoga is accessible for everybody; her energizing all-level classes will leave you feeling connected, empowered, and inspired
