Hot Yoga Flow

Torch calories, create long, lean muscles, and build core strength without beating up your body. This fast paced, high energy class incorporates heat, high intensity interval training and Pilates exercises so that you can experience massive changes. Expect to work hard, sweat, feel the burn, have fun jamming out to the best playlist.
Inferno Hot Pilates

This therapeutic hot yoga class combines 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to boost strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Designed to heal injuries, ease chronic pain, and improve overall fitness, it works your entire body from the inside out.
