Inferno Hot Pilates
Torch calories, create long, lean muscles, and build core strength without beating up your body. This fast paced, high energy class incorporates heat, high intensity interval training and Pilates exercises so that you can experience massive changes. Expect to work hard, sweat, feel the burn, and have fun jamming out to the best playlist.

Hot Flow
This is a high-energy, heated flow class consisting of dynamic poses that flow together with your breath. It is designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is accessible yet challenging for both body and mind, creating massive transformation and inspiring you to live your life off your mat in a more powerful way.

Inferno Glutes & Core
An action packed Hot Pilates class focusing on your glutes, legs, and core. This lower-body workout uses powerful low-impact movements to build strength, improve endurance, and leave you feeling energized. Expect to sweat, move to the beat, and burn baby burn!

Hot Sculpt + Stretch
Hot Sculpt + Stretch is a full-body workout that builds strength, tones muscles, and boosts your heart rate, followed by a deeply satisfying stretch to release tension and restore mobility. Expect 45 minutes of sculpt-style training with weights and low-impact cardio in the heat, then slow things down for the last portion of class with longer holds and targeted stretching to leave you feeling strong, open, and balanced.

Traditional Hot Yoga (26&2)
This therapeutic hot yoga class combines 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to boost strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Designed to heal injuries, ease chronic pain, and improve overall fitness, it works your entire body from the inside out. You'll sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. Always the same sequence, but each class feels unique and transformative.
